Returns & Exchanges

At ArtistGifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative purchases. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
